Meet Your Chef

Chef Jill studied Hospitality Management at Missouri State University. She spent several years working with boutique hotels managing fine dining restaurants while learning her culinary craft.

Despite transitioning her career to IT Management in 2000, her passion for cooking and sharing recipes has never waned. Often catering parties for friends and business associates, she dedicates time to learn new flavor profiles and cooking techniques to hone her skills.

She enjoys creating dishes that are inspired by places she has lived including Southwest Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, California, Illinois, Texas, and Missouri. We hope you consider the menu options curated for you and your guests in this guide.
